Noblemen’s Club of Nigeria, has congratulated Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on his resounding victory at the Supreme Court that affirmed him as the authentic winner of his March 18, 2023 gubernatorial election in the state.
President and members of the club, in their congratulatory communique enjoined Deltan and non Deltans residing in the state to join hands with the administration of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to succeed.
According to them, “Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, having won at the apex court, is determined to deliver the M.O.R.E Agenda for the state in terms of infrastructural development, empowerment and employment.
The Noblemen’s Club of Nigeria, noticed that despite the trials from the tribunal to Supreme Court, the governor was not deterred, rather he concentrated on delivering dividends of democracy to Deltans.
His determination towards development of the state was a clear indication that he is ready to serve the people and since assumption of office as the Governor, Oborevwori has shown commitment and rare leadership qualities in managing the affairs of the state.
“His Supreme Court victory was received across Delta State and beyond with celebration because we have faith in his ability to deliver in practical terms, the dividends of democracy.
“Nobleman’s Club of Nigeria, is happy, and we believe that he will improve on what he is doing as a governor who came prepared for the business of governance.
“With the victory at the polls, we we’re confident that the judiciary will uphold the will of the people and that was what happened. And we give thanks to God.” They disclosed.
